Job Spec Responsibilities:
- Manage the Sub Unit’s recruiting pipeline specifically the administration and mentoring of applicants.
- Actively assist with the development and refinement of a dynamic recruiting process.
- In conjunction with the ROSO conduct a review of the Sub Unit’s IPRE on a regular basis.
- Sub Unit’s POC for all potential recruits, mentor and nurture applicants from first contact to attestation through to Trade Training.
- Submission of PME’s through Bde SO2 G2. Uploading engagement activity to UCE and completion of PXRs post event.
- Manage resources and material to support outreach recruitment Attract activities. Lead and coordinate Sub Unit Social Media activity.
- Ensure recruitment activity is conducted iaw with Regulations and Policy. Plan, conduct and manage training for subordinates.
- Manage the relationship with the NRC, ACCs / AFCOs & HQ ARITC (Trg Ops and Rec Br) YODA, Army employee support networks and WF Plans/Policy.
