Domestic Considerations: 27 - 50 RSDs per year. Army Reserve post flexibility to work late nights and weekends and exercises up to 2 weeks.
Position Role QM (R) Responsibilities:
- Understanding liaison and application of CSS doctrine.
- Logistic planning co-ordination and execution.
- Estimate, monitor and sustain G4 provision to the Regiment within the ARC and external locations.
- Direct liaison with Training Camp / Barrack staff to ensure effective G4 delivery.
- Direct liaison with 1 Div G4 and FTC with all aspects of provision for rationing and budget control.
- Manage the Regimental ration account to include both ORP provision and budget control of fresh rations.
- Liaise with sub unit G4 representatives to ensure effective planning of CSS.
- Maintain the effective team cohesion of all Regimental Chefs in sub units to ensure their career development is managed.
