1. Day to day administration of the sub unit including leading on G1 – 4 across the 2 Coy locations of Belfast & Newtownards.
2. Conducts routine correspondence and deputises for the OC.
3. Manages the implementation of the CO’s and OC’s directives and orders.
4. Line manager and Reporting Officer for permanent staff (military and civilian) within the sub unit.
5. Security Officer, SHE Officer, Fire Officer, D&I focal point and sub unit press officer.
6. Oversees sub unit retention and recruitment as directed by the chain of command.
7. Manages sub unit accounts. Conducts cash and stock checks in accordance with SFA regulations.
8. LSO and AD for Defence IT systems.
9. Sub unit Motor Transport Officer.
10. Undertakes CNO and CVO duties.
11. Liaises with RFCA and maintain infrastructure and work services.
12. Any other tasks as directed by the chain of command.
