Essential: Delivery of Basic Training to Army Reserve recruits.
Post Role: Workforce WO
1. In conjunction with Adjt ATU (NI) liaison with unit Adjt/RCMO to succession plan.
2. In conjunction with RCMOs, identify future ATU (NI) instructors and arrange appropriate training prior to posting to ATU (NI). Manage qualifications and courses for instructor's future employment.
3. In conjunction with unit Adjt and RCMO identify future posts for ATU (NI) instructors to move to on completion of duty at ATU (NI).
4. Manage the ATU (NI) qualification matrix.
5. Conduct induction on new ATU (NI) staff and keep records.
6. Conduct WIP trg as required.
7. Prepare details of ATU (NI) positions for advertising on SERVE.
