1 Lead and manage a team delivering Basic Training.
Act as a role model and mentor to all (deliverer of the ATM function). 2 Plan, conduct and manage training for subordinates.
Assure Basic Trg Delivery within the Pl Ao R. 3 Deliver in barracks/business process, ensuring maintenance of standards and efficiency. 4 Manage delegated tasks (including Pl level G4 functions) and associated risk. 5 Promote an inclusive culture in the workplace.
Uphold the Army Core V & S. 6 Manage subordinate discipline, support subordinate development and deliver career advice/management. 7 Develop, advise and support recruits, subordinates and junior officers. 8 Maintain health and safety in the workplace.
