Post Role: Mil Clerk / Mil Pers Admin in a Sub Unit:
- Responsible for all G1/G7 clerical matters including updating all course nominal rolls during training.
- Ensuring that all recruit attendance status is recorded on TAFMIS.
- Be fully conversant with all aspects of Phase 1 training which ATU (North) provides.
- Assist the CSM with maintaining course records and course folders on Share Point.
- Update and maintain JPA occurrences for Coy staff when required.
- Assist and advise Coy staff with JPA/ModNet issues during courses.
- Undertake any additional tasks as required by the CoC.
