Position Role: SO1 ASGARD Integration is the lead integrator for ASGARD Decide, ensuring alignment with the strategic goals and objectives of Army. As product owner, this role must assign tasks to the four workstream scrum masters and communicate the expected milestones and deliverables.
Responsibilities:
- Act as COS to direct the execution of the ASGARD Decide plan, delegate tasks to the scrum masters, integrate and align cross-functional activity.
- Monitor resource utilisation and make adjustments as required to optimise project performance.
- Communicate project progress, challenges and achievements to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment to user requirements.
- Accountable for project progress against established metrics, and for making adjustments as necessary to ensure successful delivery.
- Monitor and manage risks throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
- Foster a culture of innovation, encourage creative solutions and identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Line management for SO2 ASGARD Integration.
- Deputise for AH ASGARD as required.
