Subject to formal establishment, two vacancies will arise for an OF4 to serve as AI MOD Coherence Leads at MOD Corsham/MOD London on FTRS(LC) Terms and Conditions of Service (TCoS), with an initial proposed start date of 1 Aug 26.

Act as a primary engagement lead for Defence AI activity, building and sustaining relationships across FLCs, TLBs, and relevant Defence stakeholders.

Operate a structured engagement approach to surface AI‑related demand, risks, and opportunities, ensuring engagement activity feeds directly into coherence and prioritisation processes.

Support the triage, routing, and shaping of AI‑related demand in line with Defence‑level priorities, constraints, and coherence objectives.

Enable alignment across Defence by translating strategic intent and evidence into clear engagement narratives and messages.

Contribute to the maintenance of an authoritative Defence AI picture by capturing structured intelligence from engagement activity.

Support DAIC governance, forums, and partnership mechanisms to reinforce coherent system‑wide behaviour.
