A vacancy has arisen, subject to formal establishment for an RAF Sgt PTI to serve as SNCO TDF at RAF Coningsby on Full Time Reserve Service (Limited Commitment) Terms and Conditions of Service (TCoS), with an initial proposed start date of 03 August 2026 or earlier/later, subject to candidate status.
Post Holder Tasks
1. You are responsible, through the STO to the Stn Cdr, for the delivery of Training Development Flight output and in supporting the STO to provide oversight of training activity at RAF Coningsby. Specifically, your responsibilities are:
a. The management of risks, and any relevant escalation, associated with TDF activity including risks to delivery or outputs that effect operational capability of the unit or Typhoon Force.
b. The management of TDF funding allocations and spending.
c. The maintenance of an annual TDF training plan/strategy.
d. The provision of training SME support to RAF Coningsby and it’s parented/supported units, including undertaking Training Liaison Visits with, or on behalf of, the STO.
e. Ensuring the delivery of Service mandated training, including Human Factors and D&I, and the RAF Workplace Training package.
f. Enabling access to Force Development activity and Staff Rides.
g. Enabling access to education & training courses within the bounds of NGA003.
h. Ensuring the verification and upload of Professional Assessments onto JPA.
i. In the absence of the STO act as the primary Station point of contact for SpLD – conducting interviews and creating Individual Learning Plans.
j. Maintain the TDF Admin Clerk outputs in their absence, iaw TDF admin clerk TORs.
k. Any other taskings as directed by the STO.
