ARes WO responsible to Aberdeen UOTC OC for the planning, resourcing and delivery of Aberdeen UOTC core training activity.
Plan and deliver the Commissioning Course (Short) syllabus and unit training plan as tasked by the OC.
Deliver creative training opportunities and activities by applying innovative thought processes.
Provide advice and guidance on the planning and delivery of unit military training to sub units.
Enforcement of Health, Safety and Environmental regulations and policies appertaining to training and/or facilities.
Identify and mitigate risk at all levels of planning and delivery.
