Provide catering support to Highland Officer Training Regiment. Support the QM and RQMS in all aspects of catering logistic support to training activities. Ensure effective compliance with all external regulations regarding SHE and Fire and comply with current legislation and Standing Orders. Fulfil any other duties as directed by the QM, RCWO. Comply fully with all aspects of JSP 886 Volume 3.
