Domestic Considerations: Minimum of 27 RSDs with the opportunity to serve up to 44 days per year. Army/Regular Reserve post, some travel and overnight duty may be required.
Responsibilities:
- Support the Battalion Force Sensing and Force Generation processes.
- Support in the mobilisation of Reservists as IAs.
- Conduct Projects as directed by CO/XO 3 R ANG.
- Support the XO and OpsWO in planning and delivery of training events.
- Create and manage SORs for Bn events.
- Assist in the production of exercise OSW.
- Conduct training assurance prior to Bn exercises.
- Give direction on the G4 support requirements and ESORs for Bn exercises.
- Responsibility for cohering Unit Standard Operating Instructions.
