Subject to ECR approval, a vacancy may arise for a Squadron Leader (FJ) Aircrew to serve as a Mentors at RAF Marham on Volunteer ex-Regular Reserve Terms and Conditions of Service (TCoS), with an initial proposed start date of 30 November 2026or earlier/later subject to candidate status.
Position Overview:
Drawing on extensive Fast Jet aircrew experience, you will provide leadership, mentoring and operational support across the Lightning sqns. You will oversee readiness preparations, assist with welfare provision, deliver professional development and flight safety content. You will be expected to coach junior aircrew, support deployed operations and strengthen squadron effectiveness, cohesion and operational output.
