We are looking for an experienced and driven Senior Design Engineer to lead a talented project engineering team, shape design practices, and drive innovation across exciting engineering projects. What you'll be doing:
- Leading and managing a team of project engineers, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are consistently met.
- Supporting project teams and attending client meetings as the technical expert when needed.
- Reviewing and improving engineering procedures and practices to deliver greater efficiency, accuracy, and innovation.
- Signing off final designs, technical documentation, and bills of materials.
- Developing engineering calculations, material selections, and technical analysis using the latest tools and techniques.
- Acting as the technical authority across projects and cross-functional teams.
- Mentoring and developing engineering talent, providing technical guidance and support, particularly on complex and high-profile projects.
- Championing improvements in design systems and software, with the opportunity to be part of exciting change management initiatives.
- Ensuring that all designs meet the latest local and international standards.

- Proven experience as a Senior Design Engineer or similar technical leadership role.
- A hands-on approach with strong skills in design analysis, calculations, and material specification.
- Confident communicator, able to liaise with clients and internal teams at all levels.
