We are seeking a driven and results-focused Sales Manager to join a high-performing team and help drive business growth across key markets. What you will be doing:
- Working closely with the Sales, Engineering, and Project Management teams to deliver accurate, technically robust, and commercially sound bids.
- Developing key accounts and growing your region year-on-year by identifying new opportunities, improving margins, and building strong client relationships.
- Leading the preparation and submission of bids, ensuring proposals meet company standards and include all required information.
- Managing the full sales cycle, including commercial negotiations, contract variations, and client relationship management.
- Identifying and managing external sales agents, reviewing agreements, and supporting the vendor registration process.
- Maintaining and updating CRM systems with accurate and timely information.
- Preparing regular sales updates, forecasts, and contributing insights at internal sales meetings.
- Representing the business at client meetings, internal handovers, and project kick-off sessions (both virtually and in person).
- Travelling domestically and internationally as required to meet clients and support business growth.
What we are looking for:
- Proven experience in Sales Management, Business Development, or Account Management roles.
- Strong background in market analysis, strategic planning, and sales reporting.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Previous experience selling into technical sectors (Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, or similar industries) is desirable.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development activities.
