Are you an experienced M&E Engineer with strong air conditioning knowledge, looking for a new opportunity in facilities management? This field-based role offers the chance to work across a portfolio of commercial sites, providing both planned and reactive maintenance while ensuring high standards of service and safety.
What you\’ll be doing:
- Carrying out planned and reactive maintenance on mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems.
- Diagnosing and resolving faults across a range of equipment.
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations.
- Providing technical support and first-line response to emergencies.
- Liaising directly with clients and site teams to deliver an exceptional service.
- Supporting and mentoring apprentices and junior engineers.
What we\’re looking for:
- Recognised apprenticeship or qualification in M&E services or building maintenance.
- Previous experience in a similar role, ideally within commercial or retail environments.
- 18th Edition, F-Gas, and Test & Inspection qualifications (essential).
- Proven ability to work independently and manage workload effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- IT proficiency for record keeping and service reporting.
- Valid UK driving licence.
Additional information:
- Field-based position, requiring travel between client sites.
- Participation in an on-call rota (typically 1 in 4 weeks).
