HSE Manager/ Watton/ Full time Permanent Position 1 Recruitment are partnering with a well-established manufacturing company in Watton that is seeking a skilled HSE Manager to oversee and enhance the Health, Safety, and Environmental processes. Key Responsibilities: * Manage HSE systems, processes, and resources to uphold the highest safety standards. * Develop and maintain HSE management systems, supporting the integration of ISO standards. * Lead HSE Committee meetings, document outcomes, and expedite actions. * Investigate and resolve health and safety incidents, ensuring corrective actions are implemented. * Serve as a point of contact for audits, certifications, and regulatory matters. * Conduct HSE risk assessments, manage COSHH, and support environmental impact management. * Collect and analyse HSE data, providing monthly reports to the Board. * Perform internal audits and QHSE tours. Experience/ Qualification: * Proven experience in HSE management (IOSH membership and/or NEBOSH accreditation preferred). * Strong background in supervising or managing production teams. * Ability to create a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
