About the role
- You'll be the main link between our business teams and our outsourced development team — translating what the business needs into clear, actionable work.
- You'll own and manage our product backlog: writing user stories, setting priorities, and making sure the right things get built in the right order.
- You'll lead the handover of new product prototypes from our Innovation Hub into live production systems.
- You'll run sprint ceremonies (planning, reviews, retrospectives) and keep delivery on track.
- You'll build trusted relationships across Sales, Operations and senior leadership — keeping everyone informed and aligned.
What we're looking for — must haves
- Experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst or Digital Product Manager
- Proven experience working with and influencing senior stakeholders — up to and including director or C-suite level
- A track record of taking prototypes or pilots through to live production — not just handing off, but owning the transition
- Experience working with core operational platforms — systems that real teams rely on day-to-day, not just internal tools
- Must-have criteria are non-negotiable — please only apply if you meet all four.
Desirable
- Background in a TIC (Testing, Inspection and Certification), compliance, audit or similarly regulated industry
- Comfortable managing a product backlog in an Agile or Scrum environment
- Able to write clear user stories and acceptance criteria that a dev team can actually act on
- Experience managing outsourced or third-party development teams
- Agile or Scrum certification (CSPO, PSPO or similar)
- Familiarity with field operations or property management platforms
- Experience in retail, hospitality or consumer-facing regulated sectors
