We are seeking a proactive, highly organised co-ordinator to manage our database of mystery shoppers and ensure delivery of programmes to the highest quality standards.
Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will resolve shopper queries, allocate visits, monitor reports and build relationships with shoppers.
