The Role
We are looking for a Brand & Marketing Designer to join our growing team and become the visual storyteller behind Serve First’s expansion. This role is ideal for designers who enjoy combining creativity with execution delivering high-impact marketing and product assets while helping to shape a growing tech brand, turning complex software, customer experience concepts, and product stories into clear, engaging, and memorable visuals. This is a unique opportunity to shape and scale our brand identity across digital and offline touchpoints, creating designs that inspire, engage, and drive measurable growth.
What You’ll Do
Brand Identity and Storytelling
- Shape and evolve our visual identity to reflect a growing Tech / SaaS brand
- Translate complex AI and CX concepts into compelling design narratives.
- Be the custodian of our brand making sure every asset, from campaigns to product marketing, reflects our identity and is delivered to the highest standard.
Marketing Design
- Produce high-impact campaign assets, launches, presentations, reports, papers, sales collateral and other content
- Create engaging social media graphics, infographics, simple animations, and video assets that boost engagement.
Web & Digital Experience
- Collaborate on website design, landing pages, and digital experiences
- Ensure consistency of visual language across product-adjacent marketing touchpoints.
Event & Campaign Support
- Design event booths, trade show materials, and launch visuals that create standout brand moments.
- Partner with marketing and sales teams to deliver integrated campaigns.
What We’re Looking For
Typically 35 years’ experience in brand or marketing design (but we care more about the strength of your portfolio than the exact number of years (SaaS/ tech is a huge plus).
- Portfolio that shows strength in campaigns, product storytelling, and digital design.
- Professional skills in Canva + Adobe Creative Suite.
- Motion skills = bonus.
- Fast, collaborative, and hungry to grow into brand strategy.
- Understanding of html.
