The Role
- Sell the full Serve First suite: customer satisfaction surveys & feedback solutions, mystery shopping, AI-powered feedback analytics, digital surveys, action planning tools, and advisory services.
- Own the sales cycle from prospecting to close, with full autonomy.
- Collaborate closely with the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) on targeting and strategy.
- Partner with the Head of Marketing to align campaigns and messaging.
- Work hand-in-hand with our SDRs to convert inbound and outbound leads.
- Engage senior stakeholders in Operations, Marketing, HR, and CX roles.
- Drive revenue through consultative, solution-focused selling that delivers clear business impact.
About You
- Has at least 3 years of B2B sales experience (CX, SaaS, or consultancy sales preferred).
- Thrives in a consultative sales environment and excels with senior-level buyers.
- Is motivated by value-driven conversations and solving real business problems.
- Brings energy, independence, and commercial acumen to every deal.
- Wants to play a part in shaping how customers experience transformation, not just reporting on it.
