Serve First is a fast-moving, well-funded start-up turning customer feedback into live dashboards and AI-driven alerts. 2025 roadmap: overhaul user journeys, add a design system, and launch new AI-powered workflows. You’ll own the end-to-end product experience and iterate fast - low bureaucracy, maximum autonomy.
What you’ll do:
- Shape end-to-end UX. Map and optimise critical B2B workflows (survey creation, analytics, alerting). Product journey maps, wireframes, and interactive prototypes.
- Own the design system. Define UI patterns, components, and accessibility rules in Figma; partner with engineering for pixel-perfect implementation.
- Drive user research. Plan and run interviews, usability tests, and feedback sessions with enterprise customers; translate insights into actionable design changes.
- Iterate relentlessly. Ship small, test, and improve. Use data (Heap, GA, in-app analytics) and qualitative feedback to refine flows.
- Collaborate cross-functionally. Work side-by-side with Product, Backend, and Frontend teams; clarify requirements, hand off specs, review builds.
- Leverage AI wisely. Use AI design/copy tools to accelerate work, but validate everything - you own the outcome.
- Document everything. Keep flows, components, and rationale well documented for the distributed team.
