We are looking to add a Member Services Representative to our small, dedicated team which acts as the key point of contact between us and our 50,000+ members across the Police, Military, Prison and Probation, Health and Fire services and their families. You’ll be responsible for delivering excellent service to our members and potential members and supporting them to make the most of the Credit Union. You will support members on the phone and online as well as handle new account applications. This role is ideal for someone who loves people, cares about the work they do and enjoys being able to make a positive impact at work.
What we’re looking for
- Experience in an administration or customer service role
- Excellent communication skills
- The ability to multi-task and work on your own initiative
You are ideally suited if you also have:
- Understanding and appreciation of the Credit Union movement
- Experience working in a regulated environment

What we are offering
You don’t need to have any experience in a Credit Union as full training is provided. Hybrid working is available for all employees, with a minimum 3 days at our offices in Birmingham (between 9am and 4:30pm) and the rest from home if you prefer. We offer enhanced leave, an employer-contributed pension scheme and a friendly and relaxed working environment where you will be supported to develop yourself and your career.
