2. Maintain a centralised discharge and reallocation function providing continuity across the two Training Battalions in line with MOD Policy.
3. Analyse ESL, FS and SPC data to identify trends and inform the CoC to allow action to be taken to exploit or rectify as necessary.
4. Review and amend the Discharge, DAOR, Reallocation and Holdover SOIs to ensure they are policy compliant and deliver best practice throughout ITC.
5. Provide training, administration and the duty of care for all recruits undergoing Functional Skills education and the Soldier Preparation Course.
6. OC Hook is also the ITC HQ Bn RCMO and is to provide CM support and advice to all permanent staff in HQ Bn.
7. Manage the unit soldier Appraisal Report process to include IGCs, OoM Boards, and the timely completion of reports by all parties in line with policy.
8. Monitor the movement of soldiers on assignment and courses to advise the CO on the ability of formed sub units and Departments to deliver outputs.
