Servara Ltd are delighted to be partnering with a well-established and growing plumbing and heating business based in West Devon to recruit an experienced Plumber to join their expanding team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to be part of a supportive, forward-thinking company during an exciting period of growth.

The geographical area the successful Plumber will be covering will be the Mid and West Devon area.

Plumber Duties Will Include:

  • Attending pre booked appointments within domestic properties
  • Carrying out responsive maintenance and repair work to a high standard
  • Installing and refurbishing bathrooms to a high standard
  • Assisting with power flushing and heating system installations
  • Installing, servicing and maintaining ASHP systems
  • Diagnosing faults and recommending appropriate solutions
  • Ensuring all work complies with current regulations and safety standards
  • Completing and maintaining accurate job records and documentation on Tradify
  • Providing excellent customer service and representing the business professionally
  • Communicating with the team efficiently

The Plumber Will Need:

  • A recognised plumbing qualification (NVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent)
  • Knowledge and relevant tickets for heat pumps (ASHP)
  • Proven experience of 3+ years in a similar domestic plumbing role
  • Strong communication skills and a positive, professional work ethic
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • A clean and valid driving licence
