Company Overview
I am working with a well established Plumbing & Heating Contractor based in Devon to recruit a Gas Engineer to join their growing team. You will be working within domestic properties, carrying out routine servicing and responding to breakdowns. Ideally, the Gas Engineer will be based in Exeter, Taunton or the surrounding areas, with flexibility to cover Devon and Somerset as required.
Gas Engineer duties will include:
- Attending pre-arranged appointments within occupied domestic properties
- Carrying out servicing of boilers and heating systems
- Fault finding, diagnostics, repairs and maintenance
- Delivering an exceptional level of customer service
- Updating customer records via an electronic device
The Gas Engineer will need:
- A recognised plumbing qualification
- Full domestic gas qualifications: CCN1, CENWAT, CPA1, CKR1, HTR1
- Oil, LPG or ASHP experience would be advantageous
- Proven experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication skills
- A clean driving licence
In return:
- Salary: £38,000 – £42,000
