I am working in partnership with a well-established and growing Mechanical Maintenance contractor based in Devon, who is looking to recruit an experienced Electrician to join their evolving team. This role would suit an Electrician based in or around Exeter, Taunton or Yeovil, with flexibility to cover surrounding areas as required.

The Role: You will be responsible for carrying out a range of domestic electrical works, including installation, maintenance and testing, as part of a professional and supportive team. Key duties include:

  • Rewiring domestic properties, including fuse board upgrades
  • Wiring gas boilers and installing electric boilers
  • Wiring solar panels and air source heat pumps
  • Installing, replacing and repairing night storage heaters
  • Electrical repairs and fault finding
  • Inspection and testing

About You: To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installations and AM2
  • 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
  • 2391 Inspection & Testing (or equivalent)
  • Proven experience in a similar electrical role
  • Ability to work to project timeframes and high standards
  • Full, clean driving licence (company vehicle provided)
  • Availability to work Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 4:30pm
