Key Responsibilities
Gather and analyse requirements; run workshops; map processes and customer journeys; identify risks and opportunities; create clear documentation; support testing, business readiness and implementation activities.
What We're Looking For
Strong Life & Pensions experience, proven Business Analysis experience, excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, process mapping and requirements gathering expertise, and the ability to solve complex business problems.
Experience in outsourcing or financial services environments, transformation programmes, Agile/Waterfall delivery, and a Business Analysis qualification.
