Key Responsibilities Lead large-scale transformation programmes from planning through to delivery. Manage multiple projects and workstreams at the same time. Develop programme plans, budgets, governance and reporting. Lead Project Managers and Business Analysts. Manage risks, issues, dependencies and change requests. Drive business readiness, implementation and transition activities. Track programme costs, benefits and overall value. Build strong relationships with clients and senior stakeholders.
