About the Role
Servaada, a Wipro company, is looking for a Chief Change Officer with previous experience in the leadership of a life-and-pensions organisation’s transformational change function. The role will include establishing the required capability (and an operating model befitting a market-leading, regulated BPO business) – while in parallel, managing the delivery of each client’s discretionary project portfolio. This is a new role that will be at the heart of the growth agenda for the organisation. The Chief Change Officer will be a senior professional responsible for driving, managing, and overseeing change initiatives within the organisation. This role is critical in ensuring that transformation programmes, cultural shifts, and strategic adaptations are implemented effectively, aligning with the company’s vision and objectives.
The Chief Change Officer will manage, coordinate and oversee the full suite of each client’s change portfolio across all aspects of data migrations, transformation, offshore transitions, and discretionary and regulatory change. The Chief Change Officer will work closely with the Servaada Executive Leadership Team, department heads, and stakeholders to foster a culture of innovation, agility, and continuous improvement.
Location: London – but required to travel to all Servaada UK locations including Bath, Telford, Hitchin, Norwich etc. based on change team locations and to engage with offshore teams.

Responsibilities
- Establishing a comprehensive change management strategy.
- Implementing and running an operating model that supports Servaada’s organisational goals and long-term vision, and the needs of each of its clients.
- Delivering overarching change programmes that move a client’s business from its current business operating model to its proposed target operating model.
- Managing, coordinating and overseeing the full suite of each client’s change portfolio across all aspects of migrations, transformation, offshore transitions, and discretionary and regulatory change.
- Orchestrating, coordinating, and delivering change programmes that incorporate multiple interacting workstreams – including technology transformation, solution redesign, documentation, implementation of re-imagined customer-journeys and improved business processes, offshore transitioning, benefit-delivery tracking, training, HR redundancy consultations, premises changes, etc.
- Operating within designated change-project and programme budgets.
- Setting up and managing a centralised Servaada programme office that coordinates the management and delivery of all client-change projects (including inherited in-flight projects) and for managing new-client set-up projects.
- Leading transformation projects, overseeing their planning, implementation, and evaluation to ensure successful outcomes.
- Creating and leading the required change capability and function to support the organisation and clients’ transformation plans and agendas.
- Engaging with senior leaders and staff to cultivate buy-in and commitment to change initiatives and managing competing priorities between the organisation and its clients.
- Assessing the impact of changes, identifying risks and developing mitigation strategies to ensure smooth transitions.
- Championing a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and adaptability throughout the organisation.
- Aligning change initiatives with business objectives and communicating progress and outcomes to stakeholders.
- Providing expert guidance on change management best practices, tools, and methodologies.
- Monitoring and reporting on the effectiveness of change initiatives, using data-driven insights to drive future improvements.
- Supporting employee engagement and development during periods of change, ensuring effective communication and support.
- Staying abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to inform the organisation’s change agenda.
- Leading a team of client-portfolio leads.
