Video Editor – Football

North London | £25-32k (DOE)

Video Editor sought by a global sports agency with offices across the world. You will play a key role in the creation of internal video content and creative assets that support marketing efforts of the brand, while also bringing fresh ideas to the table and continuously benchmarking content against other industry leaders. This is an excellent opportunity to get into the sports/football industry and work with a genuine industry leader.

The successful candidate must have 1+ years video editing experience within a professional environment and be hungry to develop their skills over the coming years. You’ll work closely with the wider marketing & internal teams to deliver polished, high‑energy content that reflects the values and identity of the company.

Responsibilities

• Support the editing of in-house video content to support the growth of the organisation.
• Assist with editing tasks such as cutting footage, colour adjustments, and adding light motion graphics.
• Work on several small edits at a time and help meet quick turnaround deadlines.
• Work with the wider team to help bring visual ideas to life.
• Respond quickly to last‑minute content needs or trending moments.
• Help organise and maintain media files, including naming, sorting, and updating the team’s photo/video library.
• Benchmark the company’s content against other competitors and take a proactive approach to new ideas.

Skills & Experience Required

• 1+ years experience editing video content or a passion to grow.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro (or similar editing software).
• Basic understanding of colour correction and audio adjustment.
• Familiarity with After Effects or other motion graphics tools is a plus.
• A passion for AI and use of new tools in the industry.
• Strong sense of pacing, storytelling, and visual organisation.
• Ability to take direction, work collaboratively, and manage multiple small projects at once.
• Interest in sports—especially football—is highly desirable.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
