Ticketing & Supporter Services Executive

£29,000 + package

London Based

I\'m working with a leading sporting organisation who are looking to recruit a Ticketing and Supporter Executive to join the team.

This role will take a lead on all day to day ticketing and operations as well as working directly on event days for global events and tournaments across the calendar yar.

Day to day Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing and management of all ticketing requests for event and non event-day events
  • Working directly with supporters and fans to improve their experience and implement new methods to improve event days
  • Main point of contact for all customers, being on hand to deal with any requests of queries
  • Processing of all ticketing requirements, process driven using different systems to manage all inventory
  • Working on-site and being on hand for events days. Being a point of contact for spectators on event days and working around venues and other areas including hospitality
  • Supporting the achievement of all commercial targets

Candidate Specification:

  • Ticketing & Ops experience ideally working across the sport or entertainment industry
  • Experience dealing with high volume of ticketing requests
  • Matchday and event day experience
  • Experience managing ticketing systems
  • Ability to work on weekends for events
  • Ability to deal with the public with a focus on service excellence
  • Able to work under pressure
