I'm working with a leading sporting organisation based in London who are looking to recruit a Senior Sales Manager to join the team. This role will be selling a premium membership/product and setting out a clear strategy to grow corporate memberships and services.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing a sales team, setting out a clear and defined sales strategy to grow corporate memberships and retain clients.
  • Confidence owning pipeline management, forecasting and CRM discipline, using data to prioritise activity and make decisions.
  • Full ownership of budgets and oversight of sales performance across the team.
  • Driving sales across a variety of different premium products.
  • Management of a wide variety of corporate clientele, ensuring that each account is well managed.
  • Familiar with ticketing systems and CRM database management.
  • Work collaboratively with other departments across the business to ensure the best performance company-wide.

Candidate Specification:

  • Proven experience owning and leading an inside-sales or conversion-focused sales function within a premium, hospitality, membership or service-led environment.
  • Background in dealing with corporate clients.
  • Experience managing a high-performing sales team.
  • Background working with CRM and ticketing systems.
  • Passion for the sports industry and ability to work flexibly across event days.
  • Confident salesperson and excellent communicator.
