Due to continued success, SERV is searching for a highly driven Recruitment Consultant to join our team and play a key role in the continued development of our sports & entertainment division. Since launching in 2020 we’ve gone from strength-to-strength, working with some of the most well-known brands across our specialist industries. You’ll have the opportunity to hit the ground running with plenty of clients to work with from the off, whilst also developing your own relationships with new clients. As a young company, we offer a unique opportunity to join in the early stages of our growth, giving you a ton of freedom, flexibility and autonomy, and the opportunity to develop your own team.
Requirements:
- Ideally, at least 12-18 months’ recruitment experience
- Business mindset, entrepreneurial, self-sufficient
- The drive to develop your own desk & client relationships
- Eagerness & willingness to learn, work hard, and hit targets
- Excellent communication skills
- Career driven & money motivated
Your role as a Recruitment Consultant:
- Headhunting, sourcing suitable candidates
- Generate leads & market information
- Develop new business, identify emerging trends and relationships
- Proactive management of key client relationships
- Work in a consultative manner, to guide both clients & candidates through the recruitment process
