A leading UK sporting venue is seeking a Digital Campaign Manager to join its Commercial team for a 12-month fixed-term contract. This is a pivotal role responsible for delivering high-performing digital marketing campaigns across paid channels to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth.
The Digital Campaign Manager will lead execution across PPC, Paid Social, Programmatic, and Affiliates—ensuring every pound spent is optimised for maximum return. You’ll work closely with cross-functional stakeholders and digital partners to analyse performance, test new strategies, and drive meaningful ROAS across multiple events.
This role is ideal for a commercially-minded digital marketer with a track record of hands-on campaign management and an analytical mindset to match.
Key Responsibilities:- Plan and execute paid campaigns across PPC, Paid Social, Programmatic, and Affiliate channels
- Drive year-on-year growth in digital revenue and customer acquisition
- Optimise performance based on CPA and ROAS goals
- Manage and monitor digital marketing budgets
- Deliver regular performance insights and reports to the wider business
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support commercial and marketing objectives
- Champion test-and-learn strategies to drive innovation and improve results
- Conduct ongoing analysis of search terms and audience insights for continuous improvement
- 1–2 years' experience in a digital marketing role with hands-on media buying
- Strong knowledge of Paid Social and Paid Search (Google Ads)
- Proven track record of campaign performance and ROAS delivery
- Skilled in GA4, performance reporting and audience targeting
- Commercially minded with strong financial awareness
- Organised, analytical and comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced setting
- Results-driven and eager to test, iterate and improve
- Passion for sports or live entertainment is a plus
