I'm working with a leading sports venue seeking a professional who’s ready to bring energy, leadership, and operational know-how to the management team. The role is to develop sales and marketing plans to promote and maximise income opportunities.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the day-to-day management of the entire complex and its operations
  • Supervise and motivate a diverse team
  • Deliver exceptional customer service standards at every touchpoint
  • Assist in driving football income, local partnerships, and customer retention
  • Support recruitment, training, and development of team members
  • Maintain high standards in health & safety, cleanliness, and facility upkeep
  • Ensure robust stock and cash control in line with company policies
