SERV Recruitment is seeking a Junior Headwear Designer to develop innovative headwear products from concept through prototype within the Booking Program team in Milton Keynes. You will translate colour, fabric and trend insights into commercial designs, produce sketches, tech packs and BOMs, and collaborate with Product Management, Sourcing and the wider Design team to deliver on time and to spec.
This role requires strong organisational skills and a proactive design mindset to support multiple projects.
