Loyalty & Membership Manager
Weβre working with a global sporting organisation who are currently recruiting for Loyalty & Membership Manager.
This is a newly created role which will focus on membership growth and a global strategy to drive member acquisition across the business.
Job Responsibilities
- Implement and drive a global membership growth strategy.
- Drive acquisition, engagement, and retention to increase the overall membership base.
- Implement a Loyalty & Rewards programme into the current membership scheme offering.
- Track and analyse membership data, including sign-ups, renewals, and engagement metrics.
- Drive digital membership growth as a priority across the business.
- Drive campaigns and initiatives to enhance member experiences and engagement.
- Oversee the membership program budget.
Candidate Background
- Proven experience managing and working across a membership offering either in sport or a similar brand/subscription service.
- Experience working with Loyalty & Rewards Programmes.
- Ability to build strong relationships internally and externally.
- Creative methods to drive membership acquisition.
- Ability to grow quickly with a fast growing business.
- Ability to work flexible hours for when the job requires.
- Passion and interest in the commercial sport industry.
