Senior Licensing & Consumer Products Executive sought by a well-established global sports organisation to support the delivery of its consumer products, retail and licensing programmes. The role will focus on partner management, product development, commercial reporting and cross-functional project delivery, helping to drive growth across international markets. This position offers the opportunity to work within a fast-paced sports environment, collaborating with internal departments and external partners to deliver products and activations that support broader commercial objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the operational relationship with retail and e-commerce partners, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently and to agreed timelines.
  • Coordinate product development projects from concept through to launch across apparel, accessories and merchandise categories.
  • Support the implementation of retail campaigns, promotional activity and consumer-facing initiatives.
  • Act as a central point of contact between commercial partners and internal teams.
  • Maintain project timelines, product development schedules, sales forecasts and performance reports.
  • Review and approve product submissions, ensuring alignment with brand standards and contractual requirements.
  • Monitor sales performance, royalty reporting and revenue forecasts across assigned partners.

Key Skills / Experience:

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in licensing, brand partnerships, sponsorship, consumer products or a related commercial function.
  • Must have experience working within the sports industry.
  • Experience working with retail accounts, e-commerce operators or consumer product partners.
  • Understanding of product development, retail operations and commercial activation programmes.
  • Experience working with international brands, rights holders, agencies or commercial organisations.
