Senior Hospitality Manager sought by a leading & globally recognised sports rights holder, with offices in London, to lead the design and delivery of premium hospitality across an international portfolio of world-class sporting events. The successful candidate will own the end-to-end delivery of premium experiences & VIP guest services across global events, from planning and stakeholder coordination through to on-site execution and post-event review. You will work closely with internal teams and local partners to ensure standards are met regardless of location, while also developing meaningful, long-term relationships with key guests.
Day-to-Day:
- Develop and lead a premium experience framework that reflects organisational values and long-term objectives.
- Establish clear guidelines and best practices to ensure consistent, culturally sensitive hosting across all markets.
- Partner with local organisers and external suppliers to ensure VIP standards are understood and delivered at every event.
- Coordinate internal teams, security, hospitality providers, and logistics partners to ensure seamless delivery on site.
- Manage the full event lifecycle: planning, site inspections, supplier briefing, guest management, ticketing, hosting, and reconciliation.
- Act as the primary contact for VIP invitations, ticket allocations, guest enquiries, and on-site support.
Skills & Experience:
- 5+ years’ experience in VIP Event management for major sporting events.
- Demonstrated success delivering complex, high-profile programmes across multiple countries and cultures.
- Strong relationship-building skills with both internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Excellent project management capability, including budgets, suppliers, timelines, and documentation.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills, with proven discretion, diplomacy, and cultural awareness.
- Confident communicator with exceptional written and verbal presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel internationally and work flexible hours around live events.
