I'm working with a global sporting organisation in London who are looking to recruit a first team physiotherapist to join their team. This is a key hire for the performance department of a high-achieving first team, responsible for delivery of first-class physiotherapy services.

Responsibilities:

  • Delivery of first-class physiotherapy services to senior players
  • Provide physiotherapy input to ensure players remain available to play to their potential
  • Manage caseload of players effectively and efficiently
  • Participate in the departmental personal development and performance review system to promote personal and service developments
  • Demonstrate continuous development of clinical knowledge and skills to ensure delivery of care in conjunction with CSP and HCPC standards
  • Maintain patient documentation, records and accurate statistical information to reflect care provided and meet professional standards
  • Provide pre-game and pitch-side medical support services at training and games as required
  • Oversee rehabilitation programmes for injured players, ensuring the highest standard and requirements are met

Candidate Specification:

  • 6-10 years experience in a physiotherapy role in sport
  • BSc in Physiotherapy
  • HCPC registered
  • Previous experience working with high-performing athletes and injury management
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to develop credible and effective working relationships
  • Ability to work flexibly across weekends and out of hours
  • Commutable to training ground facilities and stadium; car is needed
