Director of Client Relationships sought by a hugely recognised & industry leading Sports Betting & iGaming industry supplier, with offices in London, to lead the management of key client (Operator & Affiliate) accounts.
The successful candidate must have extensive experience across the Sports Betting & iGaming industry, a commercial mindset, with an excellent understanding of how Tier 1 & Tier 2 Operators operate. Beneficial to also have in-depth experience working with Marketing teams to ensure clear & concise marketing comms & campaigns to support client & account retention.
- Own & manage relationships with key Operator & Affiliate accounts across Europe
- Ensure proactive account management planning, to ensure the team focuses on yearly cycles, rather than last-minute delivery
- Ensure relationships & accounts are resilient & multi-threaded
- Work with Marketing, Communications & Content teams to ensure clear messaging to support account growth & retention
- Oversee wider Account Management team, setting clear priorities & KPI's
Extensive experience across the Sports Betting & iGaming space, with experience across Account Management or Partnerships (or similar). Strong understanding of the industry regulatory landscape. Confidence managing & operating in a data-led KPI environment.
