We’re working with an exciting sports media business operating at the intersection of sport, content and brand storytelling. The company produces original, multi-platform content across audio, video and social channels, connecting brands with highly engaged sports audiences at scale. With a strong foothold across several major sports and plans to expand into new areas, this is an exciting opportunity to join a business in a clear growth phase.
They are looking for a Commercial Sales/Brand Partnerships Manager to help drive revenue across its content portfolio. You’ll be responsible for developing new commercial relationships, working closely with brands and agencies, and delivering creative partnership solutions that align with audience insight and editorial output.
Day-to-day:
- Identify and convert new commercial opportunities across a portfolio of sports-led content
- Build and nurture relationships with brands and media agencies
- Present and articulate the commercial value of the platform to external partners
- Own partnerships end to end, from pitch and negotiation through to activation
- Maintain accurate forecasting and commercial reporting
Key Skills/Experience:
- Experience in media or partnerships sales, within the sports industry
- Strong network across brands and/or agencies
- Track record of generating revenue and closing deals
- Ability to develop integrated branded content and sponsorship ideas
