Head of Medical - EFL Football Working with a top football club within the EFL to assist on their search to find a Head of Medical/Physiotherapist to work with the club.
Previous experience as a Head of Academy/Head of First Team Medical is desirable
Responsibilities: Lead the medical department and set the overall medical strategy for the academy and First Team.
Provide clinical leadership across injury assessment, diagnosis, treatment, rehabilitation and return-to-play.
Develop and oversee injury-prevention strategies, including screening, load management, strength/conditioning integration and individualised programmes.
Lead medical decision-making regarding player participation, training modifications and match availability.

Experience: Minimum of 5 years in full-time professional sport Minimum of 1 year in a Head/Lead Medical role Experience of working in a multidisciplinary team within a Sports Medicine environment Sound of interest?
