Global Relationships Director sought by a global Betting & iGaming business with offices in London, to play a key role in the development & management of relationships with key clients (Operators & Affiliates). A key element of their business is the relationships that they have developed, & continue to develop, with key Operator & Affiliate clients. With this, they are looking for a Senior Relationships Director to take over an existing (& high-performing) team of Relationships Managers, to ensure their existing business relationships continue to flourish. This will be a player-manager role, managing accounts with some of the biggest names in the industry, whilst also playing a strategic role ensuring thorough processes/procedures are followed, as well as continuously up-skilling the internal team.
Day-to-Day:
- Collaborate with leadership to set ambitious audience targets, maximising the organisations reach, awareness and engagement across operator and affiliate segments.
- Maintain a balanced approach to account management and relationship building with clearly defined targets for each team member, including quantity, country representation, area of responsibility.
- Lead, mentor and motivate a results-driven team, ensuring clear goals and accountability for delivering on targets.
- Encourage knowledge-sharing and best practices, empowering the team to meet objectives and drive measurable results across key accounts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with C-suite leaders within global gaming operators and affiliates.
- Strengthen relationships with key industry associations and trade bodies to formalise and expand engagement at a global level, ensuring strategic industry positioning.
