We’re seeking a global hospitality expert with extensive experience in Formula 1 and motorsport brand experiences. This opportunity is with the world’s leading Sports & Entertainment agency, partnering with some of the biggest global brands in the motorsport industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead trackside hospitality programmes and brand activations for a major motorsport client, with full ownership of end-to-end product supply, logistics, and service delivery across the F1 season.
- Act as a trusted F1 hospitality specialist, guiding clients through rights-holder requirements and restrictions while identifying innovative, high-impact activation opportunities within the sport.
- Lead, manage, and develop a high-performing team, including an Account Manager and Senior Account Manager, ensuring exceptional client service delivery at every stage.
- Confidently take client briefs, develop and present creative solutions, and engage effectively with prospective clients and stakeholders.
Qualifications & Experience
- 6–8 years’ experience in guest experience and premium hospitality programme delivery.
- Proven Formula 1 experience is essential.
- Demonstrated success in growing and developing client accounts.
- Strong understanding of F1 sponsorship landscapes, rights, and activation opportunities.
- Experience working with drinks brands — particularly alcohol — including product supply, logistics, and on-site service delivery, is highly advantageous.
