I'm working with a leading sporting organisation based in London who are looking to recruit a Director of Operations for the business. The role will lead the strategic and operational delivery of all stadium facilities and large-scale event operations.
Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, and continuous improvement of all operational functions.
- Implement and lead on an operations strategy across the business.
- Key areas of focus across event day delivery, health and safety, IT, and facilities.
- Management of all Capex projects and project management.
- Lead on the relationship with a wide range of contractor agencies across facilities, grounds team, and security and spectator teams.
- Oversee the creation and execution of all event day operational and safety plans, ensuring full compliance.
- Lead all facilities management functions across the venue.
- Oversee the development, implementation, and monitoring of all Health & Safety policies, systems of work, and contractor control processes across the Club.
- Oversee and manage a team of around 10 individuals, ensuring you implement a fantastic team culture.
