I'm working with a global sporting organisation who are looking to recruit a Senior Premium Experience Manager to join the team. This role will take a lead on the development, operations and management of premium experiences for all event days across the business.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute world-class premium experiences at sports events
- Lead and coordinate the operational function for multiple premium events, including on-site private suites, premium experience assets and after-parties
- Be an operational focal point on event days, working with the caterers and communicating and building relationships with restaurant managers
- Oversee and manage the premium experience department for both full-time and casual staff on event days
- Plan and deliver the full event cycle, from pre-event planning and site visits through supplier management, guest-list and ticketing, on-site hosting, logistics, and post-event reconciliation.
Candidate Background:
- 4-5 years in a premium experience, hospitality operations or guest experience management role.
- Background in leading the operational function of premium experiences on event days
- Ideally stadium, events or sporting experience either agency or rights-holder side
- Strong communicator and ability to manage a small team
- Managing large budgets and supplier contracts.
- Working directly with catering organisations
- Proactive go-getter, with an eye for detail and the ability to solve complex problems
