Key Responsibilities:
- Support the recruitment and onboarding process, including arranging interviews and preparing new starter documentation.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR systems.
- Prepare contracts, letters and other HR documentation.
- Assist with employee queries and provide general HR support.
- Coordinate new starter inductions and onboarding activities.
- Support absence, holiday and attendance administration.
- Assist with payroll-related administration and provide accurate information to payroll.
- Help coordinate training and development activities.
- Support HR policies, procedures and compliance requirements.
- Produce HR reports and maintain accurate records.
- Assist with employee engagement initiatives and general HR projects.
- Provide administrative support to the HR Manager and wider team.
We are looking for someone who is:
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
- Confident communicating with people at all levels.
- Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Discreet and professional when handling confidential information.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and HR systems.
- Proactive, approachable and willing to learn.
- Previous HR administration or coordination experience is desirable, but not essential for the right candidate.
