We are seeking a Junior Signage Installation Operative to support live events across an exciting portfolio of elite sporting properties, including European football, golf, and multi-sport events. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone looking to develop experience within live events, branding, and installation operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the installation and removal of signage, graphics, and advertising boards at live events
  • Support the logistics and installation team with day-to-day operational tasks
  • Help prepare equipment, stock, and materials for upcoming installations
  • Maintain installation records and report any issues to senior team members
  • Assist with loading, unloading, and transporting signage materials when required
  • Ensure work areas are kept safe, clean, and organised at all times
  • Follow health & safety procedures during all installation activities
  • Provide general on-site support during busy event periods and occasional out-of-hours work

The successful applicant will:

  • Have some experience installing signage, graphics, branding, or working within events/production environments
  • Be reliable, punctual, and well organised
  • Be proactive and willing to learn from senior team members
  • Be comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
  • Be flexible with working hours, including overtime when required
  • Hold a full UK driving licence (preferred)
  • Have good verbal communication skills and a positive attitude
  • Enjoy hands-on, physical work in fast-paced live event environments
